Treat Tuesday and OOTD

OK. I tell a little fib, I actually had treat Monday, but that's not the same is it?
Me and Hayley went fabric shopping in the market as she needs crafty bits for her Uni Artwork and I joined her because I'm planning on making DIY Scrunchies. Yep, 80s all the way. Blog post coming up, depending when I get round to hand making them- a sewing machine would be ideal, why didn't I write it on my Christmas list!

My goodies of the day
I thought that this fabric would look great as a scrunchie and only £1 for 4 big rectangles of it

How adorable is this strawberry fabric, I thought this would look good as a hair bow as well as a scrunchie
Cute bath bomb was on sale for £1.50, I'm not entirely sure what its made of/got in but it smells really nice! So be a nice treat for me and David when I get home
I also got some tongue bar for £1 each, says it all really...
The bars were way too long and the gem scratched the roof of my mouth
So I've taken the bottom ball off and  place it on an old bar. Made the best out of it, aye!
I also made a pit stop off at Debenhams, to try the new Roberto Cavalli Perfume

Just Cavalli is the new Roberto Cavalli fragrance. I am a huge fan of the first Cavalli fragrance with the Orange flower, Pink Peppercorn and Roasted Tonka Bean notes which give off a really sweet yet sophisticated smell.
But I was a bit let down when I smelt the new fragrance as I'm not that keen on it, it smells a bit too flowery for my liking with Magnetic Tiare Flower and Drizzling Neroli notes.

OOTD: Casual uni wear

Well the weather is terrible today in Leeds, I've been to uni for a couple of hours today, so I thought I'd snap my outfit :)

Cape Coat; Topshop
Jumper; Market stall
Scarf; Vintage
Jeggings; Internationale
Shoes; Converse
Neckace; eBay

I love to and normally dress in comfortable clothes, so I stick to comfy leggings, but today I decided to brave the wild side. By wearing my old jeggings which are too small on the bum so I'm forever pulling them up and they were uncomfortable but since coming home I've slumped on black leggings. I also have put my hair in small Top Knot, which I really like, even though you can hardly see it in the photograph. I'm also in dire need of a fringe cut!

Have you smelt the new Roberto Cavalli fragrance? What do you think of it?

Last night...

Last night we had a good chilling night, Me and Hayley put on face masks, I used a mud mask and Hayls had a peely face mask, we looked hilarious I looked like the hulk and Hayley looked like she had a skin disease. We couldn't laugh otherwise we'd crack our faces so we both mastered laughing without moving our faces!

This is the mask I used, it's formulated for sensitive skin and it's Non- Comedogenic, so it doesn't clog pores or cause blemishes. It also isn't tested on animals! This mask was just an old one that I've been meaning to use for ages now, and it worked really well and I now have super soft baby skin!
Face masks are to help, enhance the temperature of your skin, open the skin's pores and to increase the oxygen content in the skin, so it's always good to have one every now and then!
We looked so wrinkly and strange with the masks on. Also what we didn't realised that Hayley got the mask in her eyebrow and when Sonia was pulling the mask off we honestly thought we pulled half her eyebrow with it, but then Hayley managed to save it somehow ... (TIP, never put face masks over your eyebrows, quite obvious but we nearly had a disaster)
While waiting for Beyonce to graces us on our telly we watched Blades of Glory and made a massive discovery
(watch the clip upto 0:35)
and we also watched Tom from McFly's wedding speech which is amazing, I have upped the standards of my future husbands wedding speech, if you've not seen it, check it out here immediately!!

SO HOW AMAZING IS BEYONCE?! She looked fabby at the Super Bowl, especially after having a baby! Who is beautiful as ever with her little afro. If you've not seen her performance, you NEED to watch it. Kelly and Michelle even pop up and they sing some Destiny's Child songs together. I had goose bumps the whole way through the performance, g'won Queen Bey. Then for the rest of the night we stayed up watching funny videos till 5am. Like this video
 I cried

It's been a bit of a random post, but it last night was random and hilarious and it needed to be shared
Did you know about the Blades of Glory quote? and definitely link me any hilarious videos you know of!

Royal Armouries Trip

On Friday me and David had a lovely day out around Leeds, being tourist, or 'Cultural' as David wanted to put it. Apologies that this post is late, I forgot my camera and had to upload them from my phone and I've ran out of internet, typical. An iPhone without internet is truly useless. Also warning this is a heavily photograph based post, and may be bad quality.
To start the day off we decided to do some shopping around the centre, we had a look in Ark and a couple shops down we found a new Steak House which has recently just opened called Miller and Carter. I can definitely understand why they call themselves 'experts in steak', If you have one near you, I totally recommend you to try it out, it was delicious and the service was great!
At first we looked at the menu and was like, may as try it out as we'd never seen it before thinking we were just oblivious but then I found out that it had only just opened. After looking at the menu we walked in through these massive see through doors with long gold door handles and was instantly glad we picked to eat there. It was so posh! Lovely smart wooden and red furniture, someone welcoming you into the restaurant and water out of a bottle... I didn't take many pictures in the restaurant because I felt rude having my phone out, so I did it on the sly ;)

Don't know what he is doing with his tongue, weirdo :')

David got a Orchard Flower Refresher drink which has Apple, Strawberry and Elderflower in it, it was amazing!

My meal: Opted for a Full Rack, because I LOVE Ribs, with a passion!
It was heavenly, the meat just fell off the bone and it literally looked like I'd sucked them clean

David's meal: 16oz T Bone Steak with onion slice, chips and peppercorn sauce
The steak was cooked to perfection, medium to rare how he likes it, he thoroughly enjoyed his meal

My dessert: Chocolate Brownie
If brownie is on the menu, you just can't pick anything else. This was amazing however I found it quite sickly because I was full from my main

Davids Dessert: White Chocolate Box which has a Raspberry Coulis in the middle
I'm guessing he enjoyed it as it was gone in a matter of minutes
Massive thank-you to David for treating me to this wonderful meal, we really should have waited for Valentines Day for our year anniversary, so we've called it our pre-valentines date hehe.

We then took a trip to the Royal Armouries, had a lovely walk through the city centre and then past the canal, we found some cute shops and a tea room on the way which is where I want to go with the Girls or for Valentines day for afternoon tea and cake.
I thought this was hilarious

The Royal Armouries
Bumped into some of my friends and had a look around with them for a bit
'Cute Lady Gun' I don't know how a gun can be cute but it is
An umbrella sword! Just wild.
Chinese Tea Room
David is petrified of heights so he was holding on for dear life, cutie
The main reason why we visited, The Hobbit replica swords are on show.

I look awful :')
Looking through this, and then read that to buy a copy its like £1000+ and decided to leave it alone
Got a Penny Press
Some amazing art work/graffiti outside

To end the trip we got a Starbucks!
Weird monkey doll in a shop window

Have you ever visited the Royal Armouries?
